Finding mishfit changed my life... sounds far fetched I know, but it's true. I'm in better shape than I've been in years and I have total confidence in the expert advice and training I recieve, not to mention a lot of fun. Finding a training regime that really suits a working mother is not easy, but mishfit ticks all the boxes. I cannot recommend this business highly enough - thanks mishfit.
