I had the blind installed by another company, but it never worked well. And after a while it did not work at all anymore.
It was hard to find someone who could fix the blind for me. But then I was lucky to come in contact with Alan from Blinds Downunder.
Last Sunday he came and managed to make the blind working again. He did not give up until he found a way.
He offered his service if needed in the future.
