I was very disappointed when I purchased shampoo from this business. I was recommended by staff to use a particular product and when I used it found it not satisfactory. When I tried to exchange it for something more suited to my needs I was told I had to take it up with the supplier. Since when is that customer service. It should be up to the store I purchased from to rectify the situation.

Dodo provide the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Constantly transferred to different departments, unable to understand them, told to be at home for a technician to come then nobody comes and as a result end up waiting over 3 weeks to get my internet connected. Can't understand how they get away with such poor service.

I always get great old fashioned service here. The staff know the product range and are very helpful. I find the prices of products are generally a lot cheaper than other pet stores and there is quite a good range available. I drive out of my way to go here over other pet stores.
