I was very disappointed when I purchased shampoo from this business. I was recommended by staff to use a particular product and when I used it found it not satisfactory. When I tried to exchange it for something more suited to my needs I was told I had to take it up with the supplier. Since when is that customer service. It should be up to the store I purchased from to rectify the situation.

I wouldn't go anywhere else. Excellent Customer Service, they make sure they understand what you want. Staff are really friendly and really helpful.

The staff are all very friendly and always helpful. I am in a wheelchair and find that the staff go that extra mile to make my visit comfortable. I get cold sitting too long so the girls get me a warm towel to put over my legs to keep me as warm as possible. I just love them all and would recommend this store to anyone.
