A fine dining experience in a magnificent setting. When weather permitting, the alfresco dining offers the most stunning views, set in Launceston's beautiful gorge. They offer a wide selection of delicious meals, and cater for large groups as well as small. I have been on a number of occasions for staff and family dinners, and have always had a good meal. Quite a wait at times, but usually worth the wait.

A quality Chinese restaurant, which has won a number of awards for Tasmania's Best Asian Restaurant. They offer a wide selection of fine Chinese cuisine, including a variety of banquets. The service is exceptional, and the staff are friendly. We have not yet been disappointed with any meals we've had - and have been on a number of occasions. Because you pay for the quality of the meals, this is a good place to go for a special occasion.

A fully licensed cafe. Delicious meals - as well as gourmet pizzas. The staff are friendly and the service is good. This cafe is also a good place for just a coffee and cake - they always have a good selection of delectable cakes on offer.

Open every day, they have a delicious variety of foods to choose from, including wood fired pizzas, salads, meat and vegetarian dishes. I love their tapas plates - always a lovely selection. They also offer takeaway pizzas. A great place for anything from delicious snacks to gourmet pizzas. And the staff are always friendly - a good atmosphere.

Very delicious fresh Tasmanian seafood meals - but cost is pretty high. Also, side dishes are sold separately. Lovely setting and interior. They are licensed, and open 7 days for lunch & dinner. They offer takeaways, and have outdoor seating, so a preferred option if the weather allows it. They are in the Entertainment Book, which helps to receive a discount if you want to try a good seafood restaurant if you would not normally do it.

A Mexican restaurant - great family restaurant for enjoying a huge range of delicious Mexican dishes. They are open 7 days for dinner, from 5.30pm. Also, lunches Mon - Fri, 12 - 2. There is a wide variety of dishes to choose from, even for children, and good value for the amount and quality of the meals. Great atmosphere - they also have a large room for big groups, so a good place for that special occasion! This is a licensed restaurant, and take aways are also available. Highly recommendid.

Magnificent food! This Indian restaurant is open Tues - Sun, 5.30pm - 9.30pm : fully licensed, so no BYO. They have an extensive menu, with many different flavours to choose from, and plenty of help when choosing. Take aways are also available. Well worth a visit for delicious meals - have not yet been disappointed.

A great place to go if you want taste sensations! A variety of Creole style dishes to choose from, made with passion - and the chef takes the time to ask you how the meal was. A small venue, so intimate atmosphere. And the staff are very friendly.

A great Spanish restaurand - a good place for groups of people - carnival type atmosphere (pretty loud if you want a quiet, romantic evening!) A wide variety of delicious Spanish dishes to choose from, at reasonable prices. Friendly staff. Highly recommended for a good night out.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff who do an amazing job with your hair. They have won awards for Tasmanian Salon of the Year in 2007 and 2008. Great job for the price.
