This would be one of the worst spanish restaurants I have been to before. Actually, it is the worst. The service was terrible and the staff were not even slightly helpful, they were mainly concerned with getting you out the door. The food was well below the standard you would expect and was not reasonably priced at all. I would not recommend this place.

Cafe congo is a great place for a Sunday morning breakfast. The variety of food is not very wide but the service is great. There are not many places which enjoy such a great location as this cafe and given the friendly staff I would be more that happy to recommend this cafe.

I have been to this restaurant on several occasions and each time the food has been great. I can not think of any other tapas restaurant which makes better food than encasa. The prices are reasonable and the dish sizes are appropriate.
