I was looking for a treatment that would alleviate a snowboarding injury. My left knee and ankle were both affected, previously I had tried phisio and chiro practitioners without major improvements. I found the Bowen therapy in conjunction with good advice from the practitioner to be the most effective treatment. Instead of treating just the injury the situation was treated as a whole which to me shows sound knowledge of the application of treatment and also in relation to the overall system of the body.
