I booked my little dog in on the day of the appointment. Very easy to book in and Angela is very pleasant. When I arrived the grooming salon was very clean and airconditioned which was amazing as it was a very hot day. Angela gave me an upfront price and took my little dog who was comfortable with her. Angela gave me a round about time and said she would call when she was ready. This was true as the time rolled around and she was ready! And she looked stunning one of the best hair cuts and washes we have ever had for our little Coco. Angela was also honest which I appreciated as she had just knicked the quick in her nail and there had been a small amount of bleeding. I appreciated this as I have had groomers not tell me and I find out later by looking at Coco.
My family are all happy with Shampoochie and we have now changed to Angela and will reccomend to any of our friends.
