Bought a pair of $400 beautiful leather knee high flat boots. Wore them twice and the leather loops at top of one boot flopped down so much it kept catching on my other leg and then both boots just looked ridiculous as i couldn't walk without them both catching flopping and falling down my leg. Unwearable. Massive design flaw and the store manager was cold rude and dismissive from the get go. As if i was a street beggar not a regular customer with a penchant for a new pair of $400 shoes every season! Have never gone back. A**holes.

Always understaffed and rushed with poor attention to detail. No consistency and nearly as expensive as other more high end places around.
