We had a new deck built over an existing tiled porch at the front of our house. Overall, we were very unhappy with the deck when it was completed, it falls way below our expectations and we were disappointed with the finished product. Basically the deck does not look good, and will need to be fixed up. It is full of uneven spaces, warped wood, bits of wood tacked onto places, which are unsightly, connections that don't join properly and a step that is dodgy when you walk on it. Also to top that off, I have never experienced such rude after sales service and would recommend all other buyers to beware.
