I had a appointment for a cut and half head of foils. Upon arrival they advised me that my haircut was at 11.15 and that I would be out of there at by midday. By 11.25 one of the junior team members had taken me over to the basin 3 times to remove foils section by section. Each time I went back to the chair with cold water dripping down my neck, no towel.
At 11.30 I had the last of my foils removed and a toner applied. It took forever- with no consideration that I had taken 3 hours out of my working day, or that time was no object.
I have a senior executive role, I am a working mother, and time is absolutely important. If I make a appointment, it is a big deal. Time is a luxury. No head massage or relaxing hair wash either. A gaggle of bumbling apprentices looking at themselves and their phones. I felt really disappointed with the whole experience. I missed out on getting my haircut as I had a meeting at 12.30.
