They have just changed Chefs, and though the food COSTS the same as before, it is now very bland, tasteless and appears overcooked...

There are *** NO DISCOUNTS *** for neither Food nor Beverages. I have not become a Member of this club and will not do so of this or any Club, until the Club respects their Members by offering them on-the-spot Discounts for food and drink.

Such as Eastern Suburbs Leagues Club, and a million other places do.

Fantastic homestyle Fish & Chips! And only $5.50 for the "fish & chips of the day"; a bit more for other varieties like Barramundi.

In my humble opinion, even better than the food at the famous "Fishermans Wharf Fish & Chip" shop (WoyWoy, NSW, 2256).

They grill for no extra charge; whereas not even their competitors do so for any money (for instance, the famous "Monti's" at Gosford which batter everything and do not even have a grill option).

Good, simple, outdoor seating for no-nonsense dining.

Food is on par with the 3 star "Danny's Seafood Restaurant", La Perouse (Sydney, NSW, 2031); but with a much more casual flair. You wouldn't come to Beachcomber to celebrate a Birthday, but, for instance, my girlfriend & I go there for dinner rather than an RSL club.

I just hope they keep their prices and do not inflate them in this economic recession, since I've recently lost my job.

This has to be the worst Medical Centre on the Central Coast!

I came in on a MONDAY with something (a piece of dirt) in my eye, that I wanted a doctor to wash out.

There was NOBODY in the waiting room.

The receptionist at the front desk said said that "We only work by appointments, and the closest appointment was WEDNESDAY."

Absolutely useless.

If you need an Appointment at all, then you do not need a GP as it really is not that important obviously!

They really need to stop this unrealistic Appointments nonsense, and treat people as "first come, first served". Just like they do in Hornsby, Sydney CBD, Maroubra & all other other Medical Centres in Sydney.

Your best best is going to Gosford Hospital, Emergency.

The portions were large. However, they are NOT OPEN after 8pm *ANY NIGHT* including Friday and Saturday night which is useless for me as I work late nights. And they are the ONLY Thai restaurant in Woy Woy, so they have a monopoly. Which is a big disappointment, as their portions are good value.
