Very clean boat, all the things needed were located on-board to catch fish, and relax. Could not book during weekends, as it was booked out a lot, but could book during the week.

They've turn this place into CRAP, CRAP, CRAP!

They've just renovated everything, and now call it "The Star Sydney Casino".

Apart from the excellent renovations, everything else has gone absolutely down hill! No more Food Court specials - everything is now $12 or more! And the size is small, and the quality is overfried ***CRAP***.

And you have to wait 25 minutes for a simple Burger!

Further to this, they only have 3 bars in the whole site. AND each bar charges different prices for alcohol. Pure Blonde is $6 in one bar, $6.20 at another and $6.80 at another.

Wish more pubs were like this!!!

Real friendly staff who love chat, nice (non-feral) Locals who don't mind mixing with out-of-towners, and great, wholesome food!

Why can't WoyWoy and Gosford pubs be more like this? (Maybe it's the feral element?)

What can I say? FANTASTIC quality food, REASONABLE prices ($10-$17 max), and good quality FURNITURE & FURNISHINGS. Cheap beer & lots of promotions.

Makes you want to stay here forever.

What do you expect for a COLES Group Limited 100% owned Pub - one of only 4 in NSW! They have the money, and you can see it in the result:

A fantastic pub all round.

(Unfortunately, the pub patrons themselves spoil it as they are "housing commission scum" for want of a better word.)

After previously seeing many couples sitting by the Killcare/Hardy's Bay Prominade eating their fish & chips, we decided to pay this shop a visit on their brochure-advertised Opening Hours of Tuesday from 5:30pm to 7:30pm (we got there at 6pm).

They were CLOSED.

We went back there again on a Sunday at 5:30pm, and they were open. Some of the items on the menu were not available.

We both got the Nile Perch with salad & chips, and for $15, I suppose I expected a bigger portion for the money. The chips were stock standard deep fry material, and the fish, which was grilled to our request, was a different size between our two servings - my misses got twice the size of mine.

Very "ordinary" - nothing special. Apart from the Views, but they come free, anyway!

Again, like everything on the NSW Central Coast, they have a monopoly in this area, so if you don't like their Fish & Chips, "good luck" getting it elsewhere!

The pub is good..decor is nice...bar staff friendly enough...

However...

Their "Local Members Club" costs $10 to join! What a rip-off...most pubs have a FREE locals club...not this place!

Hint: Always go to this place for food on Tuesdays or Thursdays. It is always TWO-FOR-ONE.

Do not go at other times; it is very expensive for the quality of food.

Their Beef-burger is very nice and tender.

This place is part of Woy Woy Bowling Club, but is run by separate owners from the Club itself.

Although it is the CHEAPEST LUNCH SPECIAL IN WOY WOY on Monday's to Friday's ($7.50), there is a reason - everything is soaked in oil! If you like oily Chinese food, this is the spot for you!

The food here is not worth more than $7.50, so it is a rip-off on Weekends when the prices go up.

I came here to drink & see Live Bands. I didn't come here for the dining, so didn't expect much...and it matched my poor expectations! The food is not the best. They advertise it on their Blackboard with good descriptions (like "top line Wagyu beef"), but on the plate, it isn't very appetising.
But you need to come here for the Live Bands & "fair-dinkum" Friendly People...not like rude Sydneysiders!

I'm surprised this place is such a well-kept secret! It's out of the way, upstairs, so a lot of people don't know it exists.

We both had the Steak Medium Done at Lunch Time (1:30pm), which was cooked correctly with chips and salad as expected. We were the ONLY ones there, and the place is HUGE.

Would definately go back...

Oh, and try a COMPLIMENTARY FREE POPCORN, as a starter!
