I cannot recommend Andrew from Keystone Visa highly enough- he's exactly what you want in a migration agent! He helped me to organize my paperwork and get everything in order so that, after my visa was lodged, I had nothing to do but wait a few months for it to be granted.

It was a pretty stress-free process because Andrew was so on top of things, and I quickly trusted his judgement in what paperwork to submit. I had so much unnecessary documentation (photos, personal letters, etc.) I had planned to submit to the government for my partner visa, and Andrew helped me narrow things down to only the necessary documents. He also informed me of the documents I needed to procure asap due to wait times in paperwork turnaround (e.g. background checks, certified letters)

He was great to chat with over the phone, and he replied promptly to all my emails. He forwarded me emails of all his correspondence on my behalf with the government.
