I initially didn't receive the 5% cash reward promised when I purchased a computer through this site; I raised the matter with Customer Service who initially advised me that there was a 60 day time limit on reviewing claims, however after an exchange of emails, they have referred my claim to the computer retailer - so we'll see. Not happy yet, but it pays to be persistent.
