I was served by Candice and had a pedicure, manicure and eyelash tint. Candice was very attentive, listened to what I wanted and went out of her way to make me comfortable.

The pedicure was excellent - in particular the massage chair is WONDERFUL! The manicure was done well, no issue there, I particularly liked that they had the latest Mariah-Carey-inspired OPI nail colours :)

The eyelash tint especially blew me away - normally I always have to flush my eyes after having a tint; Candice gave me tips I'd never been told in years of having this done and my eyes weren't red or irritated afterward - and the tint looks fabulous!

The facilities are super clean and modern, very relaxing and you can see everything is well kept. I'll be going back.

Bianca (the owner) at Birds of Beauty is lovely! The salon is relaxing - it's quite small, but that isn't really an issue as Bianca is the only therapist there, giving you one-on-one attention the whole time you're there! So much nicer than those big factory type salons where you're one of a dozen clients at any given time. It is located within a hairdressing store, but as the hairdresser (Hair Shack by Catherine) doesn't use those smelly chemical hair dyes, there is absolutely no overpowering hair salon odour at all - I bring my baby in with me every time I come in!

I've only had waxing done there so far and Bianca did a great job, I was very happy with it. I've been back a few times and am happy to now consider myself a regular and look forward to trying a pedicure next!

Catherine's Hair Shack is one of those wonderful traditional hairdresser's - where you are attended to one-on-one by just the one hairdresser! (Compared to those hairdressing salons where there are 15 clients and 5 hairdressers scurrying between them all).

Catherine's a wonderful hairdresser and always listens to what you want and works with you to achieve your best result.

One of the best things about the store is the lack of that chemical hairdresser smell you find in all other hairdressing stores; Catherine uses CHI brand hair colourants which are free of the nasty ingredients that make those other salons smell so bad. Despite the fact that the colourant is non-nasty, the colour lasts just as long as a 'normal' chemical colour would. I have no hesitation taking my baby here with me when I get my colour done, as there are no chemical fumes.

Handy Imports run a website as well as selling via ebay. I bought an item via ebay for use at a specific event - it arrived over a week late, well past their quoted arrival time, and so I sent it back unopened and asked for a refund. After no response, I left negative feedback on ebay and again contacted seeking a refund. They advised that they would only provide a refund if I would agree to reverse the negative feedback. I said I didn't feel comfortable doing so and that as I sent the item back unopened I was entitled to a refund regardless - and I never heard back from them since. Ebay have contacted them on my behalf to seek a resolution but they have ignored eBay's requests to communicate. So I'm out of pocket $180.

Caveat Emptor! Beware dealing with this company!

I've been using e-go.com.au as part of my ebay business for some 3.5 months now to freight cartons around Australia. The prices are absolutely unbeatable and have made my business viable. The services offered are a little pared down; for example, you can't call regarding your booking, but you can email via the form on their contact page and they are extremely responsive. I've contacted their support via email a few times (to correct/alter orders) and their service was excellent. All packages have always arrived on time or ahead of schedule, and in over 50 deliveries I've never had a customer complain about how packages have arrived. I strongly recommended this freight business.

I ordered two canvas prints, one 100cmx75 and i think 45x30ish.

Both prints were delivered promptly and well wrapped.

The smaller image came out great, i used their sepia special effect option and the outcome was great. Image looked good, canvas fit frame perfectly. I used colour wrap option and ensured that the photo bled a bit into the colour wrap on the sides (not the front), it worked well.

The second print had no special effect and printed ok - the only downfall was that I used colour wrap again, but the canvas was mounted a bit sloppily, so that the image is a little crooked and the colour wrap angles down from left to right at the top of the frame to end up showing about 8mm at the top right. It's only a little thing but annoying as it draws the eye. I will contact to let them know and see what we can do, otherwise I guess I'll have to have a go at unmounting the canvas and re-applying it myself. I'll report back on how I go with customer service...
