Worst business ever, not recommend for buying items here. The business just simply canceled order without notice. Bullshit company. Get away from them.

This company have the worst customer Service I ever seen before. I purchase a thousand from them, but just asking for the Tax invoice or receipt and they said that they don't have it.
they even don't sent me all the part come with the item to install it, and then I have to purchase somewhere else to install.

Best prices on all commercial catering equipment. A showroom bigger than bunnings.

I ordered & paid for in stock goods from the website inc the Freight Quoted
as they did not have 1 item in stock as ADVERTISED They decided that they wanted to increase the Freight they Quoted by $600 dollars to cover additional costs & I said no
They offered replacement units from a different supplier then expected me toPay the extra Retail Price difference & extra shipping
They also removed the items from the website

Then told me the order was being cancelled & a refund would be done

These people FAIL to have correct Stock lists & expect you to ware the consiquences

Aust Law has Penalties for Missrepresentation & FALSE Advertising
BE AWARE When its Not convenient for THEM
Not the best prices & need to Pick up their game in not so good times
Handy Imports just Lost a Commercial customer for Good

Absolutely disgusting service. We wanted to buy a freezer and we paid a deposit of $200. When we picked it up the freezer was damaged. They did say that if we were not happy with it we would get our money back however they failed to return $150 to us. We are a struggling small business and it was simply disgraceful to see this. I wouldn’t recommend this business at all. I do warn anyone who wants to go into business with them. They do not keep their promises.

Handy Imports is the Shop to go to, those guys will bend over backwards to assist you in any way, the team is very friendly and I think Handy Imports got the best service in the country. Orders get delivered so fast. Items big or small are of good quality and the price is fantastic you will find so many Brands to choose from.I'm setting up a Bakery and I've got everything I need from that one shop. To the whole team I thank you from the bottom of my heart and I'm looking forward to have a relationship with you for many years to come. Andrea

pros: items are very cheap and you probbably won't find those prices aywhere else on the web.
quality is not good but it can get you started until you make money with your business and can afford something of better quality.

Cons: this is the most random company i ever dealt with. wondering how they are still around really.
the service is sh..t and don't expect getting anything from them straight away. no, dealing with them means you are in for a long and painful struggle.
I know when I need to get something from them, it will upset me 100%
