I booked online and arrived on the day for the car park. Everything went smoothly, superb customer service. I also arranged for my car to be washed while I was gone, again, was sparkly clean and ready for me when I returned. Easy to use and will definitely be back.

Overall a great modern centre for one's child...unfortunately due to the attitude of 2 or 3 staff which was a complete letdown. After a while it felt like they couldn't care less for your child...which to me was a huge disappointment to the overall experience and to the rest of the other hardworking team members. My advise to interested parents, your child's teacher and the centre's support do make a difference!

I've been here several times over a couple of months (both drive thru and dine in). Service has been consistent and quality of food good. Well be happy to return.

I've been here twice already (drive thru service) over a period of 3-4 weeks, and must say that the quality of food is severely lacking compared to other KFC branches. The chicken was crispy enough but undercooked inside or overcook and hard. Potato and gravy was watery...not sure if I want to ever return...

Went shopping for a new GPS unit. Hassle free and good advise given for the different models. When I returned home, I realised that my JB Hifi receipt for the purchased had somehow been misplaced and was missing from the shopping bag. I emailed the store the next day (via the general contact section on JB Hifi website) and explained the situation. I gave them the purchase date/timing from my credit card slip. And received a reply with an offered to scan thru a duplicate receipt for my records. Simply awesome customer service! I've been back ever since for my regular shopping of electronic goods, DVDs, etc.

I had shopped for my new bed here. Fair size catalogue and options available - not the most extensive but should suit most shoppers. Fantastic service from Daniel, while the rest of the team is a little hit and miss (esp. casual staffers) but overall the team were more than happy to provide a good service. Will be back to looking at other bedding options in the future.

I was looking to buy floor lamp and had done some browsing around in the general furnishing/lighting shops in the Nunawading/Whitehorse road locality. This shop was very friendly and had offered additional services. I had a dimmer switch added and it was completed on the spot. The owner was very apologetic for keeping me waiting while he completed the checks and testing on the new switch. And then he help me load it into the car. Fantastic service and happy to return for all my future lighting needs!

I was looking to buy my Honda quickly and hence started searching around the different dealership. As there were stocks available here, I thought I gave them a try. It did take a while longer than expected to register my new car as they did not seem to do it electronically but manually. Additionally some issues were encountered and they got me to deal with VicRoads directly. However, due to the delay, they did offer me a replacement car to use while waiting for the new registration to come thru. Overall service was outstanding.

I decided to give BC a try after reading all the reviews here. I had moved into a new place and booked for Brett to do a top to bottom cleanup. He arrived on time for the initial quote and subsequently we booked in the cleanup day. Cleanup time was tight and Brett was awesome to coordinate the efforts together with his crew. Though he missed a spot or two on post inspection, but his efforts are commended. Overall will not hesitate to use his company again for future works.

I bought a bunch of stuff here, tv, fridge, washer and dryer. Fantastic sales staff, (from floor staff right up to the cashier), good discount. Even the delivery person was fantastic and professional. Highly recommended!
