Always great shopping at JB, easy to find everything I needed and staff are always happy to help out and find out everything you need. The store is always clean and I know that i'll definitely find what i'm looking for.

Went shopping for a new GPS unit. Hassle free and good advise given for the different models. When I returned home, I realised that my JB Hifi receipt for the purchased had somehow been misplaced and was missing from the shopping bag. I emailed the store the next day (via the general contact section on JB Hifi website) and explained the situation. I gave them the purchase date/timing from my credit card slip. And received a reply with an offered to scan thru a duplicate receipt for my records. Simply awesome customer service! I've been back ever since for my regular shopping of electronic goods, DVDs, etc.
