Don’t do it!!! “Matches” were so far from what I had outlined in my 1hr interview. 1/4 candidates matched my preferences though a big sell job each time to convince me to consider the dates they put forward. Very misleading of this company to suggest there are suitable candidates available when the pool is simply empty. Unsatisfactory and simply a money grab.
