All staff at this business from the receptionists, to the Dentist (Dr Sophie Ho) and her support staff, to the Dental Hygienist (Maritza) are totally professional, competent, polite, courteous and are exceptionally customer centric. They all made me feel very relaxed and at ease. The “induction” examination/assessment protocol they have in place is thorough, logical and professional. The dental staff leave nothing to chance and quickly establish a very accurate, thorough base-line status from which to work (and reference). They explain each step of the “induction” before proceeding so that you are never left wondering what they are doing (or going to do) and why.
I haven’t had any “physical dentistry” done by Dr Ho as yet so I cannot comment on her personal performance, however, Maritza was particularly good at her craft. The results were absolutely astonishing! She was very professional, empathetic to the effects of the procedure, explained what she was about to do and of any possible pain that could be experienced and always instructed me to let her know immediately if I wanted proceedings to be suspended.
Given the very high-level of professionalism, competence and customer service shown by all the staff, I feel that their prices for their services are very reasonable. I am a very fussy and demanding customer due to the prevalence of a lack of customer focus, professionalism and particularly competence that exists in so many private businesses and Government departments, so the fact that I highly recommend Brisbane Dental Studio to anyone wanting only the best care of their teeth at very reasonable prices, should not be taken lightly.
