After an initially outstanding service, attention to detail recently caused me to express concerns - weeds remained quite obviously after a three-hour service. I not only received no apology or promise to improve, but was sent a reply which attacked me for complaining! After I then replied with photos of the weeds, they contacted me cancelling their ongoing service.I pay someone to weed for me as I am physically unable to do so, which was made very clear at the outset. While I accept the occasional missed weed, their response to my email is totally unacceptable - will supply copies of all communications on request - leaving me without service in the lead up to Christmas. Poor form :(

Susan has photographed my family over several years and has also donated extensive photographic services to the Australian Breastfeeding Association. Her photos are outstanding and capture the personality from newborn to adult.

Full of interesting designer objects, books, toys, gifts, stationery, homewares, handbags etc just made for browsing - and an onsite cafe to enjoy a chai and cake. A visit here is always the perfect pick-me-up when you feel blah!

Lunch here is always a great experience. Their salad plates - medium for $9.95 does me fine - are fabulous, choose any three from the selection of fresh salad options, incorporating cuisine styles from around the world.

Shady Botros and the staff are so welcoming, especially to families with young children. This is a really great service used by most of our family.
