I have had a lot of experience in the building industry but Vince excelled my expectations. His response time on all updates was excellent (far above the industry standard). He made unlimited changes before we committed to "working drawings" and the changes I requested after that point were charged at a very reasonable rate. We secured our planning and building permit in record time and are now into construction.
