A really great place to get fit and the best part is that they are open 24/7. Good membership prices and modern equipment. Helping me work out a fitness plan as part of the membership fee is excellent value.

A little disorganised in following up on promised refunds for goods that were not provided to "a supplier stock error". But the free sun glasses were appreciated however.

Several times i have returned to rent another movie or game only to be told i had overdue late fees. The problem as i was told after telling them there
was no way i had returned my rentals late was that whoever served me hadn't inputed into the computer at the point of sale that i had rented the item when it was on special, ie half price wednesdays etc. For instance i had rented 2 new release games at half price & was a 3 day rental, it had been put into their computer that i had only rented them for 1 day & was charged 2 extra days worth of late fees. This seems to happen when im served by a very young person & not the older girls there. I do however feel that their immediate solution to waive the late fees is excellent customer service. My only constructive criticism is there tv show rentals, for many they only have 2 seasons instead of all of them, shows like the A-Team etc. Also they don't rent out whole seasons for $10 anymore but rather split the season up into several discs and charge for each one making it more expensive. The quality of the dvd's is often not the best, to many times a movie is ruined half way through because of scratched discs resulting in scenes being skipped, very frustrating.

Have been a return shopper here buying jeans mostly. They are the only shop where i can find jeans that fir the best. Prices are great and customer service girls are five star.

Another online store selling DVD's but EZY DVD have a huge range to choose from and there's always a special on and postage prices are reasonable. Delivery times are very fast.

Yet another online store selling DVD's and they also sell computer games. A fast & hassle free way to buy from the comfort of my computer chair. Not necessarily cheaper than anywhere else though.

Have my new car service here & find the overall service to be excellent. My car is returned complete with a fresh coat of tyre black. They also rotated the wheels and fixed a small problem with the front guard as an extra. Also makes a huge difference when the gentleman serving me is very friendly. The only negative comment is that the invoices don't list the individual charges so it's impossible to know how much im paying for a filter, oil or labour, changing this would make the charges more transparent.

Had an agent phone me up concerning my details that needed updating, i was treated like an idiot and his tone was clearly showing his attitude towards child support paying individuals. People in these types of jobs need to not judge or make assumptions, treat people with courtesy.

Im only on a cheap mobile phone plan but have used them for about 3 years & have never had to phone them for any issues which is what you expect from a business providing a service.

Considering it's 2010 there's no excuse with the technology available to have such a woeful wireless broadband service. Constant signal dropouts making internet and World of Warcraft usage impossible. They are charging me $39 a month for "Broadband" but often only get dialup speeds. I've been keeping my own personal daily log & there are issues nearly everyday since the middle of 2009 when my contract started. NEVER AGAIN VIRGIN!!
