I am usually very reluctant to have my car serviced. In the past I have received terrible service and advice, often insisting that unnecessary work be performed for an outrageous price! After reading the reviews on womo about Warren at Dontex, I decided to take my car there. My experience with Warren at Dontex was exceptional! Warren listened to my needs, and provided great advice about what my car needed (whilst explaining the justification behind his suggestions). He treated me in a way that I expect to be treated - with kindness, patience and respect! The service that he then performed on my car was also exceptional - my car feels like it's brand new again! All of this service and advice for a price that was much lower than I expected (based on dealings with other mechanics)! I cannot thank Warren and the team at Dontex enough, and I will definitely be a repeat customer.
