I called to get prices for some flowers to order for Valentines Day. I was told in a horrible manner "Ya better come in. I won't even know prices til next week. Ok? Bye" then I was rudely hung up on!!! That's the only time I'll ever call there!

We went in for fish and tank accessories. The young man basically treated us like idiots. He tried to upsell everything I had chosen, to the point where he actually took it from my hand and swapped it for other product from the shelf. He told us to go home and prepare, then come back next week to purchase. Having used all the products before hundreds of times, I felt insulted and patronised.

We went to several shops first and ended up buying from these guys. The service was friendly and helpful without being overbearing and quality and value were both good. Sound advice and welcoming atmosphere.

We have had these guys do several jobs at our newly renovated house and they were great. From changing switches to installing a whole new power box. They turn up on time and do the job well with no mess or fuss.

I took my dog for a consult as he was having trouble walking. The vet took a quick look and told us it was a condition that required invasive, expensive surgery to fix asap. He said it was the only option or he would never walk again. They were also very quick to tell us the money would need to be paid in full up front. I took him elsewhere for a second opinion and was informed that he was most likely mis-diagnosed. The second specialist fixed his leg-no surgery required.

I did an accelerated learning course with this school over a six month period. The trainer was nice and gave personal attention, but the small room barely accommodated all 26 students comfortably. The Owner had as little as possible to do with her students and was quite blazze about us all. They quite often scrimped on supplies for classes aslo.

A small new business with very personal service and great prices. The arrangements are stunning and V will work with you to get the look you want for everyday flowers or events.
They do everything to order, so the flowers are always fresh and last a long time. I like a business that thinks outside the square!

I quite often go in to deposit or change coin. The service is friendly and they are usually pretty quiet so no waiting. They take the time to get it right.

We went there for breakfast drive-through as we were in a hurry. We ordered and paid, but then when we got to the pick-up window they told us they were no longer serving breakfast. We had to order something else and wait. When they brought out the order it was wrong and they had to go back and get the correct order and change.

We eat from here once a week. The value is great and everything is in straight forward dollar values (no 3 for 10 deals). They are always quick and friendly. Family owned and run business. Great tasting food and always hot!
