I have been looking to buy a new phone over the past couple of months. I have been into the Telstra Shop to see if there were any new phones available to upgrade my phone. In all the visits I have not been approached by a staff member once. I have been in the shop for at least 15-20 minutes each time and no one ever wants to serve you. I have since decided to change phone companies.

Usually quick to approach to see if you require assistance when purchasing items. Staff are friendly. The have a wide range of cards, magazines and papers.

The food is delicious and value for money. The service is very good with your order being taken quickly. Your meal is made really fast but does not taste like fast food. They have a huge variety of meals available.

The food was of fast food quality, similar to other chicken shops. Initial service was very good, the girl was happy to serve us however when our order was ready and handed across the counter another woman turned off the lights and said "we are closed 5 mins ago and you need to leave". We had only just been handed our meals.

Fish and plants are of good quality and if you can get a staff member to serve you they are generally knowledgeable about the area you are looking in. Go in on a Friday or Saturday for the new fish.

The cakes are yummy, the pies are tasty. We have bought everything from lunch there through to a birthday cake and all have been extremely nice compared to other bakeries. The make this large cream danish type of dish which has cream and custard in it with like a flaky puff pastry casing, it is very nice.

Ordered 3 cupboards. Told would take 1-2 weeks to get in stock. 3 weeks later they called to advise they were now in stock. Went to pick them up and whilst paying was told that they had been in for a couple of weeks. Whilst loading 1 cupboard onto the trailor noticed that the cardboard and been ripped on one of the corners. When asked what had happened the guys on the back doc said that it had been dropped. They replaced the damaged cupboard (no offer of discount) and took another 8 weeks to do it. When unwrapped the cupboard at home the quality was not as good as the other 2.
