Went to Freedom in DFO during their floor clearance sale. Saw a basket with a $10.95 sticker on it so I went to pay. However one of the cashiers was not friendly at all (tall, thin build and long straight hair). She immediately told the girl who was serving me that they will not sell this basket to me at this price as it is too cheap. It should not have been discounted without even checking on the system or the floor personnel. From a customer's point of view, I am not impressed at all with the service they provided as I have been to many other Freedom stores and bought furnitures as well. As a result of this incident, I will never visit that Freedom again.

I recently found out this website via getprice.com.au. It has a great range of kitchen appliances. I phoned to enquire more details on a Saturday and the owner I believe picked up the phone immediately. He was patient with my questions and very good service. I placed the order on the Sat and received my good on Wednesday! Very happy with my first experience!
