I love this Bakery. The product is second to none - particularly the pizza rolls. When you walk in the smell is amazing, the product is displayed beautifully and the prices are reasonable. The one MASSIVE thing that lets it down though, is the girls behind the counter. They always have something to talk about with each other - making the customer feel second best and in the way - they're slow, they rarely smile, sometimes the girls don't listen to your order and give you the wrong product - e.g a chocolate donut instead of the requested strawberry donut (too late to do anything about when you get home), sometimes the product isn't bagged securely and I have had experiences where asking for a carry bag (as one has NEVER been offered to me) was like asking for a kidney donation. Having worked in Bakeries most of my life (since my parents opened their first when I was 8 years old actually), I know how important excellent customer service is. If more of this was shown I would buy more than the odd pizza roll here and there that's for sure.
