I placed an order with the company over the Internet very late one night & when I got home the next night, the goods were on the doorstep in Brisbane. Less than 24 hours from placing an order to receiving the product is exceptional service. There had also been a second order placed mistakenly & they cancelled it immediately with no problems or questions as soon as I notified them.
