A small shop trying to stay on top of it all and survive in difficult times. not sure if the strategy to mark things up is helping them, or stopping themselves from getting turnover. But they are friendly and try.

This is the clinic that is closest to home for me and has always served me well. It has good doctors, who treat with both medication and by listening rather than telling. They will accept when you ask for a specific specialist too.

My doctor moved to this clinic and as he is a superb doctor, I followed him. The staff here are businesslike, no-nonsense people who ensure you get to see the doctor as quickly as possible once the person before you vacates the room. A caring practise.

Courteous. Polite. Great food and a super variety. The staff are always friendly and easy to deal with. The menus they create are different and exciting and I know I can depend on them to make my job as an office administrator organising conference lunches a success.

Horrid! I got there for my appointment and the door was locked. When they let me and my sick dog in, a nasty cat viciously hissed at her (unsettling her) as if we were intruding - they have pet cats that roam freely around the reception area! Then I had to wait for hours as they attended to other animals. In all the time I was there, my dog was the only one that came out alive. Quietly sitting, watching and listening to the dealings of the staff with other people who were there, it seemed very much like the staff thought of all of the folks that were there with sick animals as cash cows - how can they best be milked!!! never again.

Approximate cost: $Don't ask! All vets are expensive, this one was astronomical.

The fish and chips were hot and salty, but not too greasy. The business owners were amiable and quick - what you want from a take-away place. Although this fare is not the healthiest food option around, the meal was satisfying and reasonably priced, though the chips could have been crunchier for my liking.

The staff here always have a smile and a cheerful word or a joke to offer. A family business, I've known about this place for years, when a friend introduced me to the yummy flavours. I go there often now.

The food is acceptable, but the staff are not as friendly as I would like to encounter when I am hoping to have an enjoyable meal out. The orders were repeated several times in the hope that they'd get it right (they did, but i wasn't going to count on it) and then I had to wait to pay whilst the staff chatted amongst themselves.

The stock-standard video library, with the stock-standard staff and the stock-standard movies. Nothing terribly disappointing, and nothing terribly amazing here. Do watch the small print for the overdue fines. i never had to pay any fines, but at those rates, i wouldn't want to!

Always friendly. Always professional. Always there to listen and advise and where possible to save you money by recommending a generic brand. The shop is small, but the attitude of the staff is big on helpfulness.
