I had heard that HBF was going to merge with HCF and so I made the Transfer Request and Requested I Not Be Contacted.

Not only did they ignore My Request, but they said that if I didn't pay them the bill for the time when I made no claims on my HBF insurance then I would have to wait to join my new Health Insurance Provider.

This was despite the fact that I had heard that HCF was going to merge with HBF.

They said, no, their plans had been leaked and so that was no longer a certainty.

So they were more concerned with the Fact that their Plans had Been Revealed and Were No Longer Hidden, then the Fact that they had Agreed to Merge.

Obviously they were more Interested in Power and Secrecy Than Truth and Light.

And when they kept on telling me over and over again that if I didn't pay them the bill for the time when I made no claims on my HBF insurance then I would have to wait to join my new Health Insurance Provider.

I Said that Any Conversation Involves Two Way Communication.

They said that I was not understanding/StandUnder/UnderStood.

Then they Stood Under and hung up.
