I like jetstar and have booked 3 flights this year with them. They give you better allowance if you have a baby with you than some others and are very competitive in price. The lower prices however mean there is no flexibility in fares and as a result I was forced to forfeit one flight due to a migraine/vomiting I got the day I was to fly out. No money back, nothing they could do they said. And I missed the flight to go visit my dying poppa overseas. I couldnt afford another flight and the next flight I took later was to his funeral.

Good store with competitive prices due to it being near other supermarkets. Been there a few times no problems - parking is annoying to get out of but it is a good supermarket. Clean, quality, value comes to mind. Happy with this store

I always pop in when I am in the area this is a good store with variety. I like the service and its in a smaller shopping centre. I usually buy homewares and clothes from there and always like a bargain. I am not sure what happened to the clearance rack that used to be there it would be nice to see it again but its been a while. I have had them give me a refund in the past for faulty item without any problems and about a 10 minute wait.

I have been with them for years, first on a phone account then on prepay. The phone account was great but they left me with a default from the last bill which I paid, then due to the time lapsed they couldnt give me any information about it when I asked. Apart from that incident they have been very good and I think their customer service is acceptable. The mobile broadband we had put on was terrible and cut out all the time was actually slower than dial up but you got free home phone calls with it.

Easy to use - I did this for a year but never managed to get anything out of it as the points arent worth much. Might be fun if you had a lot of time on your hands I guess. In the end it just clogged up the inbox so I quit the program.

Something for nothing this is really worth it now you can get gift cards - happy customer! They usually send them out within a week and I use them at any of the coles/kmart/target stores etc. I like the offer on at coles at the moment which givers you more rewards where you can scan the card towards the great coles gift voucher giveaway promotion.

I have been on ebay for 4 years buying and selling but mostly buying as I used it to sell things I no longer needed. There was a time when this was the place to buy and sell but fees have gone up more and more in recent times and if you have a problem it takes about 48 hours to get things sorted usually. The new feedback system where sellers cannot leave feedback for buyers means a buyer can buy an item and not pay and you are still out of pocket, there are no repercussions for the buyer. The overall effect of this is it has cheapened the feedback system which was already flawed to a degree.
