I received a gift voucher and booked in for an eyebrow wax and 1hr massage. The eyebrow wax left me with bright red eyelids which took 24hrs to calm down. The massage was terrible. The massage was too soft and despite repeated requests to add more pressure, this was ultimatley ignored. I am not confident their massage therapists are qualified and left feeling unsatisifed and dissapointed with the whole experience.

the quality of the food was good however i asked for goods to be delivered by 8am as I needed the bread for school lunches. Several times my order was delivered after 9am. Every time I complained the customs service consultant was lovely and apologetic and I would receive additional products as a gesture of goodwill, this was lovely however the delivery times just werent consitent enough and left me high and dry on a number of occassions. In the end I cancelled my delivery service. I dont live out of the way either, I live in Pascoe Vale South so there is no reason for consistent delays.

These guys are great. Very friendly and accommodating. Nat cuts my hair and always does an amazing job. Other staff cut my girls hair and they have left loving their new hairdo's. It is quite expensive but well worth a treat every now and then. It cost $ 180 for 1 adult and 2 kids for a cut and dry.

the service is good. The staff are friendly and attentive. I dont like the 4 week layby rule. As a mother of 2 children we love the quality but dont always have the cash available. I prefer to use the layby system than to use my credit card. Id like to see them extend this to 8 weeks. I would certainly purchase more.
