BOR seem to hire a lot of new staff but most seem to be very competent. I do think some of the treatments are too expensive, that said, they are very enjoyable. I live in Reservoir but i go to BOR to have my waxing done. Wouldn't trust anyone else.

I went there because I was given a voucher as a gift. I found the staff to be just ok. There isn't that friendliness you would expect. I had my make up done for a special occasion. I liked some of the products they used but was unable to purchase any as they had none available. Just didn't seem very professional.

I received a gift voucher and booked in for an eyebrow wax and 1hr massage. The eyebrow wax left me with bright red eyelids which took 24hrs to calm down. The massage was terrible. The massage was too soft and despite repeated requests to add more pressure, this was ultimatley ignored. I am not confident their massage therapists are qualified and left feeling unsatisifed and dissapointed with the whole experience.

I received a voucher for Beauty on Rose and really enjoyed the experience. Lovely staff and a nice atmosphere, handy location also

When the week just gets to be too much and your body is wanting to be looked after, I go to Beauty on Rose for a body service. The ladies are so understanding that all you ant to do is relax and get pampered. Not have a talk all the time as that takes energy. I get a regular full bdy massage and feel the best every time I leave ready to take on the world again!
