UNBELIEVABLY great service!
Our hot water system died today. I decided to contact The Plumber Professor because of all the positive reviews on WOMO about their consistently great customer service.
I’m sooo glad I did! Warren arrived promptly, he first changed a part to see if that would repair our old hot water system, so that we wouldn’t have to purchase a new one right now. Unfortunately, it wasn’t enough to repair the problem, so we had to opt for a a new one to be installed. Warren and his team installed one today so that we wouldn’t have to be inconvenienced any longer than necessary. Hot showers, here we come.
- Oh, and his prices are reasonable too.
