Newsmaker is a press release distribution company based in Adelaide, Australia.

I have used their services since June 2009, so I would call myself a long term, satisfied customer.

They have a huge media list for TV, radio, and print media journalists and resources, and as a result, I have secured interviews in large newspapers, magazines, and regular TV spots for various clients.

In addition to the press release distribution benefits, the Newsmaker website is viewed by Google as a credible source for news and media. As such, pages in Newsmaker rank very quickly not only in Google organic search results, but also in Google News.

Further, the media releases submitted are vetted by a real person before going live to avoid the site becoming a spam resource, unlike some of press distribution and article sites.

I've been using Telstra BigPond Cable for more than 15 years. It is THE most reliable service I think I have ever used. It did annoy me when their customer support moved overseas, but compared to others, its not bad. The Aussie team though is magnificent. Great consistency, great speed, but of course you pay a premium for it.

Good team to deal with. Always friendly and helpful. Its a new brand in Australia so of course there are a few teething problems, but overall a great experience and it should only get better. And the Indian brand has been revived VERY well, backed by the HUGE Polaris organisation.

I called and spoke to Steve at Back To Basics regarding a frozen shoulder problem. I purchased one of their TENS machines after that, and the results have been nothing short of amazing! My shoulder is more free, the pain has virtually gone away, and now I am using it for a minor back injury. Great advice, customer service, and good prices.
