I had my 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment repainted with 4 feature walls. I called Ray and he came by the apartment. He was on time and he e-mailed me a quote within 24 hours. We agreed on a price I explained the time frame the unit must be done in and he completed the work on time for exactly what was quoted. He was friendly to work with and offered good suggestions . He called 2 days after the completion of the job to make sure I was satisfied.

I was recently in a car accident. The accident itself was unclear who would be at fault. I called my insurance agency Vero and reported the claim. Initially they were great and said the accident sounded like the other drivers fault and they ordered a tow truck for my car. I called back the next day to see where I should get my rental car from and that is when everything turned bad. They had now talked to the other drivers' insurance company and said it was my fault. I supplied them with 3 other witnesses which all believed it was the other drivers fault. I called them several times over the next 2 weeks checking on the claim and at no time did they even call one of the witnesses. I became very annoyed and escalated the issue several times. My car was fixed and the issue was still pending, the insurance company said I had to pay my excess to get my car back. I paid the excess and waited for further details from the insurance carrier. I waited 2 weeks still nothing. I sent them a letter 2 weeks later informing them I would be referring this to my attorney. I finally started to see action on the claim; they have now contacted all the witnesses and are proceeding with getting the issue resolved. It really does not matter if the claim is resolved in my favour or not however I expect that my carrier is looking out for my best interests and in this case they clearly were not.

I recently had highlights added to my hair. I arrived at my scheduled time and was taken back immediately and did not have to wait. The colorist listened carefully to what I wanted and did exactly as I asked.

I lived near Misty's for a year before a friend told me about it and now I am addicted. I moved to Australia from the States a year ago and have missed a few things from home. This was until I went to Misty's, I haven't found anything on the menu I didn't like. I have to say the stand outs for me are the CORNY DOGS (best I have every had and that is saying a lot for an American), Californian Chicken Sandwich (YUM YUM), and the Taco Salad out of this world!!! The Philadelphia cheese steak sandwich may not be traditionally correct but it is still rather good.
