The store was well laid out and most products were easy to find. The service level depended on who you encountered, with some staff being very helpful & friendly whilst others seemed uninterested or untrained. The recent sale was excellent.

After receiving no help from the Telstra store just opposite, I took my Telstra phone into Phone Zone in Westfield thinking I may have to buy a new phone. The helpful gentleman sat with me & worked out the problem was only my charger connection & a new charger would fix the problem. He didnt even try to sell me the phone & it only cost me $30 to wsolve my problem. No thanks to Telstra!

I went to the Telstra store in Westfield, Bondi Junction with a Telstra mobile & had been playing up. I was told that it had to be sent away & couldnt give me a price on the fix as i couldnt find a receipt. They gave me no other options & after waiting 10mins for service, brushed me off & went to the next person. I went across to phone zone who was more then helpful & instead of trying to sell me a new phone, worked out the problem with me & I only had to buy a $30 charger!

The Tree of life in Westfield is a well displayed store & always a treat to visit. The staff are happy & helpful & i wish I had the money to be able to purchase more of the lovely items & clothing.

When we've been in Target, Westfield recently looking for specific items, and haven't found them, numerous times i have received the response, 'We're sold out'. It is often hard to find things & the store is not very presentable.
