I have spent alot of time up in the hospital lately i kind of feel like I live there a bit,:(
My pa is very sick and my Sister has recently been in there as well, I can not fault the nurses up there i just felt, they was not enough of them, are are extremely helpful and kind to deal with, just so understaffed for what they have to do , I believe,

I buy my fruit and Vegetables @ Gafneys, I find the fruit is not only cheaper, its also more fresher then the supermarkets, the girls on the shop are very helpfully and Nice to deal with :P

I have been shopping @ coles for years and its easy cause i now where everything is, I feel some of there prices have gone up lots, in a short period of time, it may have somthing to do with the fuel going up, But I went and shopped @ Safeway for the first time in years, and I thought there selection was better

I recently went to safeway, i have not been there for a long time, and try have just change the store around and they have these self serve sections, it was a little wired, but they had a girl there helping, i was a little fustrating but over time I guess you would get better @ it :P

I thought the store, was clean and the girls in the store where friendly and helpfull with what i was after :P, I wish the store was bigger and had more changing rooms, cause somtimes you have to wait awhile,
