Simon has been working in our restaurant (Elio's Osteria Elios.com.au) for about 8 months now every Tuesday night, and has a loyal group of customers that turn up to see him perform at their table. I can always tell exactly where Simon is in the restaurant by the gasps of amazement and roars of laughter and delight that are coming from the table. He stands right in front of customers and does card tricks, ball tricks, vanishing coins, pulls a full glass of orange juice out of his sleeve, swipes watches off customers' wrists, gives small gifts to each kids, makes paper hats appear out of the air, and continues to astound us all. I've spent months watching him as he performs to try and see how he does it, but I still have no idea. He adapts his show for all ages, 2 to 90, and has people talking about him constantly. He works with us to set the pace of night, and is extremely happy to adapt his act and pace to suit our needs as a restaurant.
