Excellent range of toys for all ages and types. Even carry some collectors items (Barbie). Staff are young and a bit inexperienced, but very enthusiastic to help. Great toy store, with occasional great bargains and special offers.

Very sympathetic to poor sick animals and take the time to make you feel comforted.
They are well trained and know what they are doing.

Feed your family for under $10?!! This is just not true! The true cost of this recipe is far more.
This supermarket is always short of stock, the staff are never aware of what specials are on or where to find things. There is not enough variety on the shelves, and there is better range available at other supermarkets. The staff at the deli are not aware of any special recipe promotions that direct customers to purchase ingredients from the deli and are not able to assist. I like Coles, but not this store; I prefer to make the drive out to Eastgardens instead.

I was disappointed with the overall experience, especially since this business has won an award recently.
I expected a full service when it came to getting my hair coloured and cut. When I explained what I wanted done to my hair, I was greeted with an unenthusiastic response and told that my roots were an issue. Not much suggestion for alternatives were offered. When I get my hair coloured (full set of foils) I expect that I would get to choose the shade of colour that will be used to give an idea of what to expect as the final result - this was not the case. I was not included in the decision of what tone of colour would be put on my hair! Three different staff members worked on my hair - and the final cut was done in a hurry in order to get to other customers. Bad time management and no preparation for a customer that made an appointment two days in advance. No discussion about post care treatment or what shampoos are best – or even a booking for a follow up appointment. Unfortunately, I would not recommend or return to this salon.
