Poor is the only word we can use. The meals were rubbery and burnt. I am not talking a little brown on the edges but charcoal burnt. We had a table of 10 and not one person said they would eat there again. I think that really does say it all.
We are regular visitors of RSL clubs etc in the area and love the dining experience offered at these clubs. We tried the Yarraville Club as it has a children's play area, which we thought was a great idea.
Unfortunately the play value for the kids did not outweigh the fact that the meals needed to be returned or simply sat uneaten on our table.

I found the service lacking, with our ordering coffees and 20 min later having to go remind the staff to make them. Pricing in the cafe is rather expensive.

For a wholesale outlet I would have expected better pricing - same as you can get from Kmart, BigW etc. Also their range of products for some of the main lines they advertise was poor.
Service was non existent. Also this store IS ONLY OPEN TO RETAIL STORES / CUSTOMERS NOT the general public.

This Toy hire / library went out of their way to assist me. I needed an item last minute and they stayed open late to assist me and went out of their way to ensure that I got the product I needed.
It is not everyday you see this sort of service.

Fantastic - I was concerned with purchasing from a department store online, considering that I could visit a physical store just down the road.
I found though that the online store has a lot more variety in books, also they have specials EG free postage etc, which works out very cost effective.
Fast postage and great follow up service.

I found my contact with this business disappointing to say the least. I was given misleading information, where they advised that a brand Lerado was of the same quality as the same product made by Step2. I since found out that this was a lie, and that Lerado is a copy made out of China and not from the USA like Step2.
I am surprised that they are still in business with this sort of dishonest service.

Price is more expensive than others in the area. The ride on cars were broken. The overall cleanliness of the premises was very poor in comparison to others in the area. (Don't look too hard at skirting boards, behind/ under couches etc. Also if there is a spill the staff just clean up with napkins but no cleaning agents (we spilt a coffee).
The staff are very friendly, although they do not monitor the children playing IE big kids riding the bikes down the slide - very dangerous.
Also there is not as much for the kids to do here.
