Some of the prices are a little high but that is what you would expect when they are offering a great variety of goods from Italy and afar. As my children have both been patients of the orthodontists for many years, they are always helpful, friendly and willing to help, especially with an unexpected occurrence. unfortunately as with most dentists and doctors they are not always on time.

A great home hardware, plumbing and timber, office storage and equipment and wonderful garden centre. Staff are always friendly, and always usually able to find the products I need, if not staff are always willing to offer a helping hand to give you advice.

Great little repair shop, with friendly owner staff, offers shoe repairs, gift lines, engraving, key cutting, advice on the best way to repair items, quick service and best of they are cheap.

Great food and atmosphere, unfortunately if you were a fussy eater you may have a little trouble making a choice on the menu. They have inside and outside dining depending on the weather. A great choice for a relaxing lunch

Had a quote done for renovation of bathroom, did not do exactly what was asked for in the quote, unfortunately I got the impression they did not want the job because they seemed to way over quote. If a company does not want I job I wish they would just say. Makes things a whole lot easier.

Unfortunately had a measure and quote, that seemed to go ok, but once the job did arrive which did take a bit of getting, it was not up to standard and not all things were correct. It took multiple phone calls and time, and after many attempts to fix it was finally completed but not to the standard expected. a job that should not have taken long, but almost twelve months, and when they thought all was good demanded payment within seven days, thus followed with threatenning letters, although they did not attend to our problems quickly but demand that they be paid quickly.

On a quick overnight visit for a conference, stayed in the hotel section the rooms were ok, but the dinner that I organised for a number of the participants was poorly organised, I have to keep asking for this and that, fancy having bread and not butter and having to ask for it for every one (34 people). We were having a buffet and not all the foods ordered were put out at once, they kept adding things all the time, once you have your meal you can go back but they were totally unorganised, and blaming the chef, they did not have enough staff rostered on either. For a conference venue, we would not go there again.

held a social function for lawn bowls of 32 people, the committee that helped to organise were most obliging, gave us tips on how to play lawn bowls and generally everything was perfect.
