Always packed but a unique experience although fairly pricey for lunch or afternoon tea. It is a set price for the smorgasbord but the atmosphere is so different it's worth trying it if you've never been. Live music- waitress and waiter sing old style German songs. Lots of fun.

I have been going here for years and always enjoy it. Great meals for a bargain price with terrific service with friendly and polite staff, usually students who are trained well to provide good table service. Meals have gotten smaller but still great value.

Dining in is not the way to go. The tables are not kept clean, neither is the floor. The "decor" is non-existent, as is the service. However, the food is delicious and the owner is pleasant. Sometimes the chef(s) change and it is obvious eg the chicken biriyani is usually great but we have found it changed on occasion to so spicy it was almost inedible.

The lady who does the cooking here does a wonderful job. She is full of personality if she comes to the front of the business and chats to customers. The restaurant is very small in size but attractive and the food is great. Can take a while for the food to be served.

Very polite staff. If very busy the service is not terribly good as they don't seem to put more wait staff on. Delicious food for reasonable price. Good quality banquets. They need better wine buckets to keep it cold during a long meal!
