To start with, i had a cleaner who i liked, and who did a good job, but took forever, using 4 hours a week to clean 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, upstairs landing, kitchen and lounge room. This is a very small house, with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom not in use.
After the first cleaner found other employment, i was sent a replacement, who was much more efficient, only taking 2 hours to clean, albeit not quite as nice a finish, but regularly cancelled, often with short notice. I never took up the offer from the company of a one-off replacement, as i am a shift worker, and not always home, and would prefer not to have a stranger in my house.
I have a steam mop, and have asked her to use it on the floors, but she has only used it once, when she forgot her own mop, stating that she is not allowed to use any other mop, except the microfiber one supplied by the company, which leaves ugly streaks all over the tiles.
Today, whilst at work, i received a call from the office, saying that my regular lady was suddenly too scared to come into my house with the dogs while i wasn't there. On other occasions i have locked the dogs outside, and she lets them back in when she leaves, and i know she is the owner of a large breed herself.
The lady in the office told me that i would still be charged for 1 hour, even though the cleaner had refused to enter my house.
After my experience with this company, i have decided to cancel my service. Also, would not recommend this company to others.
