Great store and respond quickly to emails, but I made an order for my daughter's christening and they were sent to the wrong address and then returned to sender. I didn't get my order in time for my special event. I was upset by this, but they did offer me a $30 gift voucher and they were genuinely sorry. I would order from them again, but much much in advance than needed just in case.

I love shopping online and recently came across this website. I loved one of their dresses and was after some help with choosing the correct size. I got an email back within the hour and attached were more photos of the item. They were so helpful - the service was second to none and I received my order the next day. There have been a couple of times when I have made purchases online and have been disappointed with the item, but this wasn't one of them. Just wanted to recommend them for great service and they have really reasonable prices and great stuff.
