Absolutely amazing. Most of the rooms in this hotel have amazing Sydney Harbour views. (only 2 rooms on each floor over look North Sydney). When we stayed they had a deal call "Another dollar another day", where the 2nd night was only $1- make sure you look for that on the website- mention it even if dates on website are outside the time you want to stay. The rooms were emaculate, and the restaurant food was lovely as well. Within walking distance of Luna Park, ferry terminal and train station. Couldn't think of a better place to stay if wanting to visit Sydney. Parking also available.

Kim & Says offers a good range of bread and cakes. Their regular loaves are of a good quality for a great bakery price (much better value than a large chain bakery). They have a lovely assortments of cakes and slices perfect for visitors.

Service was good the day we went, but it was a quiet lunch period. The pizzas had a great taste, but for the price they weren't really anything special. Would go back on a Monday when they have $14 special on all their pizzas or Tuesday when kids eat free, but probably not if I had to pay full price.

Support your local family run business. Situated outside coles in the shopping centre this fruit and veg shop provides great service. A great variety of vegetables at reasonable prices. Customers are rewarded with a 5% voucher to use next time they shop. They also sell fresh flowers and some other products like honey.

Black Pepper Butchery is a good old traditional butchers. They have their own smoke house in which they smoke their own meats - bacons, beer sticks etc. They preprepare some of their meats for quick meal ideas- strudels, marinades etc. Even some great meal ideas for kids. Family packs available.

Amazing experience. Large serves of good quality food. Don't choose, entre, main and desert unless you are really hungry. Another option if really hungry is their 1kg steak!! (this needs to be preordered).

The service at Sara Jays is very friendly and casual. With catering in the blood the food and coffee hear are fantastic. Caters for gluten free and children as well

The service at Shimz is friendly and personalised. There are not many places these days where you can find a good stylist for less than $50! Even better, they don't try and push their products on you.
