Have used this business for many years and found the owners and family extremely helpful, co-operative and friendly always. They do not charge loke wounded bulls, take all care and consideration of your vehicle and contact you if there is another problem found before they fix it.

Have been dealing with this family run business for years.....I have never been let down by their staff, service or products. Recently I returned to their shop after a long break. Not only were my previous purchase percentage points honoured, but I was treated like an old friend!! What a joy to go to a shop anywhere and be treated with such respect and courtesy, and given discount and service on such a level.

Had a problem with my trailer. Asked A1 for help. Told them no hurry. Not only did they come and collect the trailer, it was back in my drive in less than 4 hours!! Talk about great service and courtesy!

Have used this business for my last 3 cars, and referred many friends and others to this great business. They do things that are not part of most normal services, just to make your experiences with them even better. They don't overcharge ever, and always fix any problems-free of charge. If you can't get your car there, when they can they will pick up and deliver, and when possible, you can get a loan car, or be taken to or from work. The place is clean, and tidy, as are the mechanics. They look after your car as though it was their own. Wont use anyone else....doubt it I could find anyone as good.

Purchased chicken wrap and combo meal with 2 chocolate fudge sundaes. The wrap was cold and mushy. The meal was ok. the problem was the 2 sundaes. There were small pieces of what appeared to be black strips of rubber fine tubing, cut into small pieces, approximately 12 pieces between the 2 sundaes. The pieces were in the fudge and the ice cream. When we brought the pieces back, after ringing the store first, and back within half an hour, in an envelope, and showed them with the receipt of purchase -nothing was done to even offer a verbal concern, other than these items were not possibly able to be in the sundaes. One envelope of the pieces were left with the manager, and we have never heard from him since. We have not purchased food there since, but have tried other McDonalds stores, so far with no problems.

Recently had a bad personal medical experience and needed lots of help with chairs & other furnishings. The service experienced was astonishing, very traditional, personalised and very special. Nothing seemed too much effort to ensure I was taken care of to the very limit possible. This manager, Colin, deserves all the cudos he can get and could give lessons to some of the other staff in the adjoining areas!!

Staff were unbelievable-well dressed, clean and tidy; exceptionally polite and courteous in all aspects of service. The food ordered was brought promptly and hot! the buffet was both hot and cold foods and made one drool just to try to choose what to eat. The salads were superb, varied and scrumptious-not like what one would expect at an old fashioned style pub. Leaves most of those in town for dead.
