I gave Michael a good endorsement about 12 months ago and recently had to call him again for a different matter. Again he proved himself to be an excellent worker along with his electrician mate. I have no problem recommending him to anyone who has a heating problem.

My mobile telephone was with 3 but upon renewal I went to Vodaphone where I signed a new contract and received a new Nokia phone. After about a week my phone started becoming erratic, causing me to lose calls and sms's. Three days later I went to Vodaphone to report the fault and ask for an exchange unit. After waiting for two hours I eventually was reluctantly given a new phone. Not a whole new complete box, just the telephone, using my own battery, charger and earphone. I thought that was especially mean. Vodaphone will exchange a faulty telephone within 14 days of purchase, but they do not tell customers that. My situation was worse as the fault was intermittant. The attitude of the staff was uncooperative. Can't wait for the contract to run out !

During a weekend we were invaded by wasps. As this had happened several times previously over the past 8/9 years, I had kept my invoices, the last being for 2005. On Monday, I phoned the previous company for a quote and was amazed to find that the price was about $130-140 which was double my last account. I then checked with WOMOW abd a screen popped up offering 3 quotations. I filled in the screen and my first quote was from Darren from DLC. He was curteous, prompt ,said he could come in one and a half hours and quoted me $90 (Senior's rate). He came earlier than he said, located and killed the nest promptly and efficiently. I later got my two other quotes which were both much higher. Thoroughly recommend Darren to anyone with pest problems

I phoned early in the morning reporting a problem with my tv reception. The lady at Jim's said tony would call me back soon to arrange an inspection. He called me within 5 minutes to arrange a convenient time which we did. Unfortunately, due to his work schedule overextending, he was late. But he had the courtesy to phone me twice to keep me posted and came out as soon as he could. (Most impressed). When he arrived, he was efficient, professional and solved my problem. I told him I had a similar problem with the other tv. He had a look at that and replaced a cable which was faulty. He only charged me for the call out fee and one repair. Very happy!!

However if your car is now out of warranty, it is much better to go to this company with your service book and they will tell you what parts are needed at about 33%-50% cheaper than Renault/Citroen/Holden (Astra, Barina, Combo) !0% discount to seniors

Had a potential problem with my garage door. I found Peter in the local newspaper and gave him a call. He was the cheapest of all the garage door advertisers, was prompt, curteous and efficient. He gave me aquote via phone, came out, did repair and installed a new part which was not included in original quote and did not charge any extra for that piece

We had been troubled by possoms in our roof for quite a while. The technician came out about three times to check for signs of activity . Each time he was quick and very efficient. It has been about 18 months since we last had possoms and if they return, I would call this company again
